To Whom It May Concern:
My wife and I decided to do a major remodel on our home. One aspect of making this happen in an orderly and timely fashion was to have our furniture moved off premises and stored for the duration of the remodel, then returned in time for the holidays.
All of this had to happen on a schedule driven by the general contractor.
I approached Mr. Gary Bell with Bekins and asked him if he could coordinate the move for us. Gary gave us an excellent briefing on how the move(s) would be accomplished within the agreed upon time frame.
The whole process went off without a hitch. Under Gary’s direction, the crew showed up early and had everything out of the house in plenty of time for the contractor to get started. The crew was courteous, took care to assure that our belongings were not nicked or scratched, and completed the necessary paperwork in a professional manner.
The contractor could not get his work completed in the original time frame and could not give us a certain date as to when we would be able to return the furniture to the house. But, Gary had no problem working with us to return the furniture on short notice so that we could have it for the holidays.
My wife and I are very pleased with the professional manner in which Gary handled the move(s) for us. He is always available. He listens. And, things happen when he says they will happen.
I would recommend Gary and Bekins for a hassle-free move.
