My experience in the transportation industry began in my hometown of Hartford, CT in 1987 where I worked with my father for a large moving & storage company. I began as a packer and loader for local moves. Eventually, I started driving large trucks and delivering interstate shipments throughout the North East. 

In 1991, I moved to the Tampa Bay area and spent 2-years packing, loading and delivering interstate shipments throughout all 48 states. Later, I began servicing commercial and international moves for one of the industry's largest carriers.  In 1995, my father and I started Gates Moving in Venice, FL.  From 1995 to 2003 I served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  In 2003, my father retired and sold Gates Moving to Bekins A-1 where I have continued handling sales and marketing for the Sarasota, Bradenton and Tampa Bay markets. 

In 2008, Bekins A-1 moved the operation to our state of the art 35,000 square foot facility at 1755 University Parkway in Sarasota.  My more than 20 years of experience in the transportation industry will serve you well in any type of relocation.  "Together, let's start planning and coordinating your move.”
